The Somerville Choir Octet will be singing Palestrina's Missa Brevis in Songs divide the night, an early music concert organised by Somerville Music Society as part of this year's Arts Week. The concert will be followed by a social in Vaughan SCR, with free wine and soft drinks.
Friday 1 February 2013, 9pm, Somerville College Chapel Dan Moulin, the Chapel Director, would like to invite everyone to a drinks reception in the Chapel to welcome us all back into the New Year, prior to 1st week formal. All are welcome, and the new Treasurer, Andrew Parker will be attending, so it will be an opportunity to meet him too. There will also be suitably sophisticated piano music from our very own Orly Watson.
